Welcome to Villa Sebali

A pleasant hideaway holiday home – but also, green, quiet, fragrant Villa Sebali is a wonderful place just to be.

This beautiful, very spacious villa on the edge of Sebali, a pretty village just outside Ubud, is a luxurious haven from which to enjoy both the peace and the delights of Bali. The views from the house are of typical rice terraces and, in the distance, spectacular Mt Agung and the dramatic mountains towards the north of the island. We have been careful to be environmentally sensitive – green – with many eco-features including solar power and water heating, and a beautiful garden with organically grown fruit trees.

The food was divine and with two cooks in the family this is high praise. The villa itself is more beautiful than the photographs on the web site. It is so peaceful to look out over the rice fields, the mountains, the forrest. It was a perfect villa for a large adult family, lots of space to be either together or spend private time in the beautiful separate bedroom spaces. Or just float about in the pool. We ate in most nights because Ayu and Ketut cooked better than any other restaurant we had visited in Bali. Dewa our manager was professional, efficient and such a beautiful person. Nothing was too much trouble: advice, making arrangements, organising a special dinner for visiting Godmother. We all felt that we were at home. It was a privilege to be in their home, Bali. Bev
